What we do: We coordinate pickup arrangements directly with your supplier. You only need to inform us of the pickup address and goods ready time, and we will handle the rest.

Important information you need to know:

We need to arrange vehicles based on your cargo information, so your cargo details must be accurate. Sometimes, a few extra boxes or pallets may not fit in the originally planned vehicle. You can provide your supplier's contact information, and we will confirm the final details with the supplier.

What we do: We submit all required documentation to Chinese customs to legally export your goods.

What you need to know:
(1)We need a commercial invoice, packing list, and HS code.
(2)We will verify the declared value is reasonable-customs may detain undervalued goods.
(3)In the event of an inspection, we will process it as quickly as possible (approximately 2% to 5% of goods are subject to physical inspection).
(4)Batteries, liquids, and branded goods require special documentation-UN38.3, certification for transport of goods, brand authorization, etc.

What we do: We book space for your cargo on commercial passenger or cargo aircraft flying from China to the USA.

What you need to know:
(1)Your cargo will be palletized at the airport before loading.
(2)We will choose the fastest transit option-direct flights are best, but sometimes a transit in Seoul or Tokyo is faster than waiting 3 days for a direct flight.
(3)We monitor space availability daily. If your cargo is urgent, we will book the fastest available flight for you. One of the most urgent cases we've handled was a client with a shipment of e-commerce goods urgently needing to be shipped from China to the US. We picked up the goods from the factory, completed customs clearance within one day, and arranged the flight the following day.

What we do: Once the aircraft lands, we clear your goods through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The USA has one of the most rigorous import processes in the world. Even a small mistake in classification or value can result in exams, delays, or penalties.

What you need to know:
(1)We need your ISF (Importer Security Filing) submitted at least 24 hours before loading in China - we can handle this for you.
(2)Duties and taxes are based on the HS code, country of origin, and dutiable value.
(3)If your cargo is selected for inspection (X-ray, tailgate, or intensive), we will inform you of the progress, and please be prepared for any potential delays in receiving your goods. We will actively coordinate to expedite the process.
(4)We offer both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) options.

What we do: After customs release, we arrange trucking to deliver your goods exactly where you need them. The flight is only half the journey. Getting your cargo from the airport to your final address requires coordination with local cartage carriers, appointment scheduling, and often liftgate or door to door delivery services.

What you need to know:
(1)We offer residential delivery (Delivery may not be available to some residential areas; please provide the specific address for us to assess.), commercial delivery, and liftgate service for locations without loading docks.
(2)For Amazon FBA, we deliver to specific fulfillment centers and comply with Amazon's strict appointment rules.
(3)We provide delivery appointments - you don't wait all day wondering when the truck will arrive.
