Domestic Cargo
1. The carrier may determine the maximum weight and packaging dimensions of cargo that can be accepted based on the aircraft type used on the route and the loading and unloading equipment and capacity of the originating, transit, and destination airports.
2. The sum of the length, width, and height of the outer packaging of each piece of cargo shall not be less than 40 centimeters.
3. The unit of measurement for gross weight is kilograms, with fractions less than 1 kilogram rounded up.
4. If the gross weight of cargo on each air waybill is less than 1 kilogram, it shall be calculated as 1 kilogram. The unit of measurement for gross weight of valuables is 0.1 kilograms, and the chargeable weight is in units of 0.5 kilograms.
5. Lightweight cargo is calculated at 1 kilogram per 6000 cubic centimeters.
International Cargo

2. The sum of the length, width, and height of the outer packaging of each piece of cargo shall not be less than 40 centimeters.
3. The gross weight of cargo is measured in units of 0.1 kg, while the chargeable weight is calculated in units of 0.5 kg. Weights less than 0.5 kg are rounded up to 0.5 kg, and weights exceeding 0.5 kg but less than 1 kg are rounded up to 1 kg.
4. Lightweight cargo is calculated at 1 kg per 6000 cubic centimeters.
