Time-definite Express Delivery

This refers to an express delivery service where, from the moment the carrier receives the parcel from the consignor and issues a consignment note (or waybill), it follows the optimal transportation plan, using a direct train on the same day to transport the parcel to the destination station and deliver it within the specified time limit. It uses the "China Railway Small Parcel Express Waybill". (For specific procedures, please consult your local China Railway Express branch.)

Regular Express Delivery

This provides door-to-door, door-to-station, or station-to-door transportation services. Prices are adjusted appropriately based on customer needs or shipment volume. It uses the "China Railway Small Parcel Express Waybill".

Freight collect service

This refers to a special service where the consignor and consignee agree that the consignee will pay the freight upon arrival at the destination. Freight collect service is limited to direct-managed stations, non-direct-managed stations, and stations in cities without rail transport (excluding surrounding delivery cities). (Please consult your local China Railway Express branch for specific procedures.)

Dedicated container service

Dedicated containers effectively prevent theft and damage during transportation, making them ideal for transporting valuables such as medicines, electronic products, communication tools, high-end clothing, precision instruments, small appliances, and confidential documents.

Bagging Service

China Railway Express's one-time coded and sealed FIBCs (hereinafter referred to as FIBCs) consist of a FIBC bag and a coded lock. The FIBCs are made of polyethylene woven bags or polypropylene woven bags with a sprayed film, providing waterproof and moisture-proof properties. The bag body is blue and printed with "CRE China Railway".

Customer Parcel Transportation

Contract customers are primarily those with stable, long-term shipping volumes, good credit, no outstanding freight charges or bad debts, regular freight settlements, and certain freight rate discounts, who are also of a certain size. Each carrier determines whether a customer qualifies as a contract customer based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as shipping frequency, total shipping volume over a certain period, company reputation, customer needs, and past cooperation.

Light and Small Goods

Documents, invoices, documents, photographs, greeting cards, books, samples, electronic components, and other small items suitable for packing into China Railway Express's "Light and Small Parcel Express Box," and not exceeding the maximum weight limit of the box, can be considered light and small goods.
